I’m Monica, and my background combines an early years teaching degree with many years of experience working alongside nursery managers and practitioners, leadership roles, and music education.

Music Meets Management is a free half-hour online introductory workshop for nursery managers. It introduces the 5-Star M.U.S.I.C. Approach™ and shows how music can be used as a leadership tool to strengthen the whole nursery.
