Monica is an Early Years Music Specialist with over 30 years of experience supporting nurseries through music.
She developed the 5-Star M.U.S.I.C. Approach™ to help nursery managers lead with clarity and intention—while giving staff the tools and training they need to confidently bring music into everyday routines.
